Miss-Lori Klub Kidz

Kids Movement Classes, Playgroups,
Birthday Parties & More!

                      Klub Kidz Guatemala

Goal: $2,800 MET!!!!!

THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has donated &

attended my Fundraiser Classes & Parties! I couldn't have done it without YOU!

 Dear Family & Friends,

I have been invited to join Frontlines Missions- a team of doctors, nurses, pastors, teachers, construction workers and other volunteers on a trip to Campur, Guatemala from

March 6 to March 13th in 2011!

Campur is located in the mountains of Guatemala. Once arriving in Guatemala City, the trip is another 8 hours to reach our base camp.

We will be hiking or going by pickup truck further into the mountains to reach  remote villages as well.

I may be asked to assist the medical staff with immunizations, flouride treatments, child care and other medical procedures...............

(Waiting for the Medical Clinic)

Or assist the teachers by going into the schools and working with the children.......

Or assist the Pastors in evening services, skits and music............

Or working with the Construction Crew on the completion of the orphanage, “Casa Heidi”.

I have been asked to bring my “Miss Lori” experience to these children through FUN, Movement & Fitness!

Teaching children has always been a blessing to me! To be able to bring the same JOY & FUN to children of another country is

a DREAM COME TRUE!

It has been my life-long WISH to work with under privileged children in a foreign country. I want to make a difference in their lives!

I am so excited to be sharing this expreience with my 17 year old daughter Diana as well!

Our Team will be staying in a hostile-type dormatory: one large cement floor room for the men & women separately, with bunkbeds for about 20 in each. Plumbing & electricity are limited.

(Our Bunk)

(Our "Shower" - a small bucket & rainwater)

There is no kitchen or electric stove, so part of our duties will be cooking

over open fires and gas grills.

(Dish Duty)

I have made a committment to raise $2,800 in under 5 months!

Would you consider making a donation toward our trip?

Can your business or place of employment  make a contribution?

Would your group or club (church, Rotary, Women's) make a donation?

I am hoping to bring care packages to the children as well: beach balls, balloons, jump ropes, frisbees, crayons, coloring books, clean, light weight clothing, etc.

(Playing with bubbles)

Because luggage is limited, items must be light-weight & easy to pack.

Do you know of a business that would donate such items?

Do you have an idea of other items I might bring?

ANY & ALL ideas and suggestions are welcomed!

Whether personally, through a business, group or club, ALL donations are

Tax Deductable and can be made to:

“Miss Lori” or “Klub Kidz Guatemala”

I take this opportunity to work with Frontlines Missions seriously, and consider it a privilege to serve the people and children of Campur with them.

(Team Mainiacs!)

THANK YOU in advance for your thoughtful consideration

& generous donation!
